We offer two approaches to marketing consulting: We can deliver you bread, or teach you to bake it.

Some of our customers approach us with no desire to learn or manage their marketing activities. They might be employee constrained or simply lack a desire to make marketing a core competency. They simply want someone to develop marketing strategy that works...and deliver it for them. They want it measured and reported so there's accountability on both sides. That approach is fine. We do that for some clients.

Others, however, are looking for help building a marketing framework with strategy and activities which can be executed by internal employees. They need a leg up in the process. Maybe someone to guide them through it. Someone to help them identify key goals and metrics. Help in designing a communication process and the technologies needed to enable first-class marketing.

Nobody does this better than us. And this is the approach I recommend for most companies. If you have a marketing department or employee, or your business is marketing-driven, you should look at this approach.
